Your details, and your designs

We only ask for what we need to quote and print your order, and we don't sell or share it for marketing.

What this website collects

Nothing, on its own. The quote form doesn't save what you type: it writes it out as a WhatsApp message or an email, and you choose whether to send it. There are no accounts and no advertising trackers.

The contact page shows a Google Map. When it loads, Google may set its own cookies; see Google's privacy policy for those.

What we keep when you contact us

• Your name, phone number and, if you give them, your email and organisation.
• The order details: products, quantities, sizes and dates.
• The artwork and photos you send for printing.

These stay in our WhatsApp chats, email and order records, so we can make your order, answer questions about it and reprint it if you ask.

Your designs

Your artwork is yours. We use it only to print your order and don't reuse it for anyone else. We may photograph finished work for our gallery or Instagram; if you'd rather we didn't, say so and we won't.

Who else sees it

Only the services that carry our messages and run this site: WhatsApp (Meta), our email provider and our website host. We don't share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Deleting your details

Ask us and we'll delete your contact details, order history and artwork, except anything we must keep for tax records, such as invoices.
