How an order works

The short version: you see a mockup and a price before anything is printed, and nothing starts until you approve it.

Quotes

A quote covers the products, quantities, print and finish it lists. It can change if the order changes, for example a different quantity, fabric or number of print areas.

Mockups and approval

We send a mockup for every order. Please check spelling, names, numbers, sizes and colours carefully: once you approve it, we print exactly what it shows.

Screens and printed ink differ a little, so colours on fabric, steel or ceramic can look slightly different from your phone.

Your artwork

Send only designs you have the right to print. We may decline work that copies someone else's logo or trademark, or that we find offensive.

Payment

An advance to start, the balance on pickup or delivery. UPI, cash or bank transfer (to confirm).

Turnaround

Each product page shows the usual time, counted in working days from approval and advance. Big or urgent orders: ask, and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.

Pickup and delivery

Pick up from the shop, or we deliver in Bengaluru. Outside Bengaluru we send by courier (to confirm).

Items you bring

We print on your own items where the material allows, and test first where we can. Some fabrics and coatings don't take a print well; we'll tell you before we start.

If something's wrong

If the print itself is faulty, we reprint it. If your own item is damaged in pressing, we can't replace it, so we test first where we can (to confirm).

Tell us within a few days of pickup or delivery, with a photo, and we'll sort it out.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time before you approve the mockup. After that, materials and printing already done are charged.
